AWARD ENTRY FEES 

 

Entry Fees are as follows:

$95 – Submission per book / category postmarked BEFORE Midnight, November 26, 2017
$75 – For each additional category for the SAME book submitted
$110 – Submissions per book / category postmarked AFTER Midnight November 26, 2017
$90 – For each additional category for the SAME book submitted

Multiple submissions and additional categories may be sent in the same package, but must be paid for individually to accommodate the tracking of entries.

A non-refundable fee must accompany each submission.

Each book is allowed to enter 2 additional categories if wanted.

Entries which do not come with their entry fee will NOT be returned.

Each book submitted must be accompanied by a completed MASTER ROUTING SHEET.

We accept these forms of payment. Using a credit card is detailed on the MASTER ROUTING SHEET:

Checks (payable to Readers Cloud 9)
Money Orders (payable to Readers Cloud 9)
PayPal* where you can pay directly or use a credit card

*PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card. Readers Cloud 9 will come up on your credit card statement.
